Educational awareness tickets are sponsored tickets to the 'Brain Emergency 'premier screening event made available to medical-personnel-in-training, patients, survivors, and caregivers free of charge. The purpose of these sponsored tickets is to help educate and increase awareness of the facts about brain aneurysm risks, treatment, and care for those affected by the disease, or in a position to care for those affected by the disease. Tickets will be evenly distributed between medical and patient/caregiver communities. There will be a limited number of educational awareness tickets. TAAF makes no guarantees to the availability of these tickets as the number of educational awareness tickets is dependent on the generosity of event sponsors..

If you qualify as a 1) medical-personnel-in-training (fellows, interns, residents), or a 2) patient/survivor, or 3) caregiver for a patient/survivor, and are interested in receiving an educational awareness ticket, please complete the form below. On October 28, 2008 we will conduct a raffle to randomly select recipients for available educational awareness tickets. We will contact selected recipients via email. You must respond to the notification email with 24 hours to confirm, otherwise TAAF reserves the right to select a new recipient.
